- The Computed Tomography for Learning Technologist, Cross Sectional Anatomy Pop Quizzes volume II, contains a variety of selected sections of the anatomy that have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 questions per CT image. Altogether one volume will consist of 625 questions on anatomy identification with a total of 1250 quiz questions for both volumes. There are 25 quiz modules per book with 25 pop quiz questions for each module on CT cross-sectional anatomy. This workbook complements and works in conjunction with the book Computed Tomography for Learning Technologist, On the Job Training Guide, Hands-on Review first edition, where you can also find most of the CT images references. This can work perfectly with the weekly Pop Quizzes given by the mentor during the on-the-job training hands-on review. As CT technology improves, it changes the processing and viewing of CT images with greater developments. There are changes in image resolution from regular to high-definition images, but as always, the proximation location of human anatomy will not change. The high definition of today’s scanners helps us better understand the anatomy of the CT image. This book will help technologists become familiar with the human cross-sectional anatomy in CT images as they go through the training and hands-on experience. The quizzes are a helpful tool to test technologists on cross-sectional anatomy and help the CT trainer/mentor gauge the skill level and knowledge in anatomy of the technologist in training. This book offers a variety of practice pop quizzes on anatomy identification such as; short answer, fill-in-the-blank, Q&A matching, and are all in a multiple-choice format. 25 questions per module consists of an average of 11 CT images per module quiz in each book volume. The CT images in this book are grouped into five sections, neuro (head, face, neck, and spine), chest (thorax), body (abdomen and pelvis), extremities (upper and lower), and cardiac (heart).
