If this switch is turned to the I position, the module power is turned on and the run relay is activated, activating the engine fuel or ignition system and turning on the delay. If the switch is turned to position II and held against the spring return, a positive power supply is sent to the relevant output point to start the motor. Once the engine has been successfully started, this switch should relax and return to the I position
