- POE TEST: The NF8508 network cable tester has a POE power test function that detects power polarity, voltage, and power supply status of POE network switches. It can automatically switch to support 10M/100M/1000M modes. Additionally, the tester features an 8-core automatic identification of middle span/end span/power, as well as standard and non-standard equipment.
- PORT FLASHING AND CABLE LENGTH TEST: The Port flash feature helps users quickly locate network cables and ports by flashing the indicator light, displaying port operating speed, duplex mode, and negotiation settings. The cable length test can accurately measure the range of 200 meters for network cables, telephone lines, and BNC cables.
- OPTICAL POWER METER TEST: The optical power meter test is capable of measuring 7 standard wavelengths (850/1300/1310/1490/1550/1625/1650) and has a power detection range of -70 to +10 dBm. This allows users to efficiently measure the signal strength of optical fibers and ensure the healthy operation of optical fiber links.
- LED LIGHT AND NCV: This network cable tester is equipped with a convenient flashlight function, making it ideal for working in low light conditions. It comes with a rechargeable battery for long-lasting use. The tester also features NCV detection, allowing for non-contact voltage detection in household wires. It is essential for cable tracing, wire locating, and testing faults.
