What is Optim-ALA? OptimALA is a novel and highly-bioavailable formulation of alpha lipoic acid (ALA). We take the extremely stable sodium salt of the active R-isomer of ALA, and combine it with a very bioavailable cyclodextrin complex of R-lipoic acid.
