Made from high-strength 1-¼” aluminum with knurled grips for easy and consistent handling during intense workouts. The aluminum construction of the MB022A Aluminum Straight Bar is rust-proof unlike most cable attachment bars and has a lower starting weight than comparable steel bars. The MB022A revolves and swivels when attached offering increased exercise versatility and constant, steady, uninterrupted motion. Perfect for triceps press downs, straight bar curls, upright rows, arm pullovers and more.

KNURLED GRIP: The body-solid pulout straight bar is designed with knurled grips for improved and comfort to provide you with a secure and consistent hold during workouts. The grip of the straight bar makes it much easier to hold and perform different exercises for an effective workout. EXERCISES: This bar can be used in a variety of strength training exercises, such as bent-over rows, triceps press downs, lat pulldowns, step-ups, bicep curls and more. The 1-¼” diameter of the handle makes it ideal for a comfortable and secure grip, while its aluminum construction makes the product lightweight but still incredibly strong. DIMENSIONS: Made from high-strength 1-¼” aluminum with knurled grips for easy and consistent handling during intense workouts.
