- SAVE TIME AND MONEY If you tired of replacing entire lamps or over paying for a quick socket replacement, this easy to install socket is what your'e looking for! Easy 5 step process to install 1. On the right side of socket housing by the switch (Press) into housing to release outer shell, in some cases you will need to press back of housing as well. (Use a flat head screw driver)Threaded lamp holders can ignore this step 2. Remove inner socket from housing DO NOT remove cardboard insulation.(Especially the lamp holder made of aluminum or iron and copper) 3. With a flat head or Philips screw driver unscrew both bottom screws with the copper wire wrapped around them. 4. Keep copper wire tightly wrapped together and wrap them around replacement EFINEHOMEsocket bottom screws and tighten them down. There is no difference between screws don't worry about interchanging wires on them. 5. Press inner socket firmly into place in the earlier removed housing, screws with wire must be pressed all the way inside and should not be showing, then push housing and socket back into place on the original base that it was earlier removed from. Package content 3x(E26) Push Thru Lamp Socket (NOT include cardboard) Please Pay Attention A. For a safe and secure installation, please ensure that the electrical box to which this fixture will be mounted is properly attached to a structural member of the building. B. All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull with wires as a bad connection may result. C. Do not connect electricity until your fixture is fully assembled. D. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injury, always turn off and unplug fixture and allow it to cool prior to replacing light bulb.
