The DG812 features 2 Mpts standard memory, which is upgradeable to 8 Mpts via software. In addition, the DG812 can be upgraded from a one channel to two channel instrument, simply by entering a keycode. Enabling the second channel does not cause any compromise in performance, and the unit would function equivalent to two independent signal sources. The DG812 is a multi-function instrument - function generator, arbitrary waveform generator, noise generator, pulse generator, harmonic generator, analog/digital modulator, and frequency counter. It offers high performance at an unprecedented price point, and is ideal for applications including education, R&D, and much more. Unique SiFi II Technology The Rigol DG800 generates arbitrary waveforms point by point without distorting signals. Compared with the previous version of SiFi technology, SiFi II has added multiple filters, supporting the dynamic adjustment of the edge time. Touch Enabled User Interface A touch screen with tap and drag gesture recognition offers a new user interface for the DG800. Parameter settings can be entered with a keyboard as well.
