- The sprinkler riser extractor tool is engineered to remove broken PVC and cut-off risers from PVC fittings. It is constructed from durable zinc with a dipped handle to provide a solid grip. Simply insert the tool into the broken section of pipe so that the teeth bite into the plastic, and then rotate the handle counterclockwise to remove the riser pipe. It does this without damaging the threads of the fitting. The extractor tool is available in 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch riser sizes which are commonly used for sprinkler heads.
