Struggling to keep a low profile, Leah soon finds herself in the middle of an investigation that leads her to partner with a local police officer, G.W., who makes her feel something she has never felt before. What the investigation leads her and G.W. into turns her vacation upside down and requires her to cut her vacation short and head back to headquarters. Along the way, Leah’s faith will be shaken; and she struggles to figure out where she belongs. As the Home Team unveils a terrorist plot to destroy the U.S., Leah must overcome her past to ensure that she and her teammates—and her country—have a future.
