Platform Grinding Method This ultra-grind sharpening system includes a platform jig, and dual miter slides (flat + pivoting). The miter slides allow smooth left and right sliding, providing convenient sharpening while maintaining a secure hold on the tools. Multi-Grind Method Our chisels gouges sharpening system includes a multi-grind jig and long support arm, allowing for standard, long, short, and fingernail grinding. Also comes with a magnetic micro bevel setup block with 4 sizes (1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1") for quick jig positioning. Tool Rest/Pocket Grind Method The included tool rest bar helps you remove just the right amount of material for precise sharpening. You can place a paper on the knife block to act as a thickness offset, ensuring fine grinding and preventing over-sharpening.
