- Description: The SHT31-D Temperature/Humidity sensors are renowned for their exceptional accuracy and reliability. Offering a true I2C interface, these sensors provide ±2% relative humidity and ±0.3°C accuracy, making them ideal for a wide range of applications. Distinct from earlier SHT sensors, the SHT31-D features a true I2C interface with two address options, and is compatible with both 3V and 5V power supplies. This versatility allows seamless integration with various microcontrollers and microcomputers. Our breakout board, featuring the SHT31-D and supporting circuitry like pullup resistors and capacitors, is designed for ease of use. Each order includes a fully assembled and tested PCB breakout and a small piece of header. Soldering the header to the PCB is a straightforward process, taking only a few minutes even for beginners. Key connections include: - Vin: Power pin, compatible with 2.5-5VDC power supply. - SCL: I2C clock pin, connected to the microcontroller's I2C clock line, with a 10K pullup resistor to Vin. - SDA: I2C data pin, connected to the microcontroller's I2C data line, with a 10K pullup resistor to Vin. - ADR: I2C address selection pin, with a 10K pull down resistor to default I2C address 0x44. Tying this pin to Vin sets the address to 0x45. - RST: Hardware reset pin, with a 10K pullup resistor to activate the chip by default. Connecting to ground performs a hardware reset. - ALR: Alert/Interrupt output, allowing the sensor to alert upon an event. Refer to the datasheet for alert setup.
