Sobre este producto
  • How MQ-2 works:The MQ-2 smoke sensor is a tin dioxide semiconductor gas-sensitive material and a surface ionic N-type semiconductor. At 200~300 degrees Celsius, tin dioxide adsorbs oxygen in the air to form negative ion adsorption of oxygen, which reduces the electron density in the semiconductor, thereby increasing its resistance value. When in contact with smoke, if the barrier at the intergrain boundary changes due to the adjustment of the smoke, it will cause a change in surface conductivity. The higher the concentration of the smoke, the greater the conductivity, and the lower the output resistance, the greater the analog signal output.

Conoce más detalles

Multi-Gas Detection Capability:MQ-2 sensor accurately identifies LPG, i-butane, propane, methane, alcohol, hydrogen, and smoke with real-time monitoring. Dual Signal Output System:Provides 0.1-0.3V analog output (scales with pollution level) and TTL digital 0/1 signals (0.1V for danger, 5V for safe), powered by 5V DC at 150mA. Preheating Safety Protocol:Requires 20-second warm-up post-power on for stabilized readings (module size: 32x20x22mm/1.26"x0.79"x0.76"). Adjustable Sensitivity:Onboard potentiometer enables precise threshold calibration for different gas concentrations, maintaining 0.1-0.3V analog output accuracy across environments. Complete Starter Kit:Includes 6PCS MQ-2 modules with pre-wired terminals for immediate deployment in gas leakage detection systems.
