The rewinder comes with 1” (25 mm), 1.5" (40 mm) and 3" (76 mm) cores. The machine also supports coreless winding. Our label rewinder automatically senses and synchronizes with the printer speed. In addition, it has an adaptive joystick speed control so that when the printer stops, the rewinder stops immediately. Easily change the working direction at the push of a button to roll forward or backward to meet different rewinding requirements. The automatic label rewinder has a dual baffle design that ensures neat and even label rewinding. Label Width: 7.08" (180mm). 4 CORE SIZES AVAILABLE: Our automatic label rewinder is equipped with 1” (25mm)/ 1.57” (40mm)/ 3” (76mm) core holders. You can also use L-rod for core-free rewinding without the constraints of tube cores, which is extremely suitable for rewinding fabrics, elastic bands and so on. BIDIRECTIONAL REWIND, EFFORTLESS SWITCHING: Simply press the direction button to toggle between Forward and Reverse rewinding. Furthermore, we offer additional label holder and outer flange plate to ensure that labels are rewound tightly and smoothly. AUTO-SYNC WITH PRINTER SPEED: The induction lever automatically adapts to printer's speed, controlling rewind rate with precision. When printer operates too fast or stops, the induction lever rises, halting rewind process; when it descends, rewinding resumes. 0-200mm/s speed adjustable at will, and recommended speed is around "15" on the dial. WIDE APPLICATION: Compatible with various printers and almost all types of labels. Thermal labels, washing labels, hang tags, elastics, fabrics, it all handles with ease!
