Simplifies installation, attractive layout design, room for expansion. Easy to Flush/Fill system and boiler. Simply connect thermostats, boiler connections, supply and return manifolds. Compatible with Glycol systems. DESCRIPTION – Control 1-4 Hydronic Heating Zones. Includes all necessary components required for hydronic heating system. Boiler connections are 1” Copper and Manifold Supply and Return connections are ¾” Copper QUALITY and SUPPORT– Warming Systems is Made in the USA. We are located and manufacture the Hydronic heating panels in our factory in Spring Grove, IL (near Chicago). We use only the highest quality products. We stand behind our design and component manufacturers’ warranties. We are experts in floor Heating and offer Engineering Support for any questions you might have. PUMPS – UPSe15-58, High Efficiency ECM Pump, 3-Speed Circulator Pump, 1/25 HP, 115 volts. The three speed motor technology lowers noise and power consumption and has a universal design for easy replacement. ZONE CONTROLLER – Switching Relay controls the zone pumps when the thermostat calls for heat. Simply connect the thermostats to the corresponding zone to control. There are external diagnostic lights to show power and what zone pump is heating. The controller requires an 115-volt outlet. EXPANSION TANK - 4.4 Gallon Expansion Tank, Pre-charged at 12 psi. AIR SEPARATOR - The air separator is used to continuously remove the air contained in the hydronic system. The air discharge capacity of this device is very high. It can remove automatically all the air present in the system down to the micro-bubble level. PURGE & FILL VALVE - T-pattern flow path quickly and easily allows the system to drain and refill.
