- Product features: The water level sensor is a simple and cost-effective water level/droplet recognition and detection sensor. It measures the size of water droplets/water volume through a series of exposed parallel wire traces to determine the water level. Easily convert water quantity to analog signal, and the output analog value can be directly read by the development board, achieving the function of water level alarm. Working principle of liquid level sensor: The parallel exposed wires are divided into two groups, A and B. The wires in the same group are connected, and the current flows from B through the conduction of the liquid to A. The exposed wires can sense whether there is liquid and the amount of liquid they are in contact with. The larger the amount, the greater the current passing through the wires and finally reaching the circuit, which is converted into a corresponding analog signal output by the transistor. By reading the output analog signal through an external system, the corresponding change in liquid level can be determined.
