- Whether it’s fudgy walnut brownies, sprinkle-topped birthday cake or Aunt Jane’s mac n cheese, the USA Pan Seamless Rectangular Cake Pan will be your go to baking pan. The rectangular baking pan provides home bakers with an easy way to make focaccia bread, cinnamon rolls, or layered desserts that bake evenly, release quickly and come out tasting great. The 13 x 9's pan surface is coated with USA Pan’s proprietary AMERICOAT coating, a nonstick silicone, allowing you to easily release baked goods from the pan and makes clean up a breeze. Our bakeware is made with aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Do not exceed 450°F (230°C). Our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. To maintain the pan’s appearance over time, use a silicone baking mat or line the pan with aluminum foil when roasting vegetables or baking higher fat foods such as french fries or meat. Use only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp metal utensils.
