The extra memory foam layer will fit perfectly inside the existing layers of your King Royal Therapy Memory Foam Pillow. For those who want a higher pillow, the extra memory foam layer can add 1 inch of height to your pillow. Just a reminder, since the pillowcase was designed for a 3-layer pillow, adding an extra layer will leave very little space within the pillowcase and in some cases may deform the shape of the pillow. If you would like to avoid it, please consider buying a 4-layer Royal Therapy pillow. Our memory foam is Certi-PUR US Certified so you can be assured that it meets the CertiPUR-US standards for emissions, content, performance and durability. Enjoy a comfortable and restful sleep with a pillow that has been tested for safety and quality. This extra layer of memory foam lets you add an extra layer of support that will help alleviate pressure point and provide even support for your head and neck. The premium memory foam is firm but still has bounce and holds its shape extremely well. It slowly resets itself and returns to its original shape once the pressure on it is removed.
