Designed specifically for breeders who want to grow their existing setup, this layer addition provides an easy, durable, and efficient way to increase capacity without purchasing an entirely new unit. Each full layer includes 3 sections, comfortably housing up to 15 standard quail (3 large or 5 small quail per section). Built from durable PP Plastic (Polypropylene), the cage is rust-free, long-lasting, and power-washable — ideal for indoor or barn environments. This smooth-surfaced design ensures easy cleaning and keeps your setup looking new for years. The roll-out egg tray provides quick, safe egg collection while preventing egg damage or mess. The removable middle walls allow you to configure your setup for breeding or open housing, offering unmatched flexibility for different flock sizes and breeding programs. Developed using Comfortplast technology by Cimuka, this patented cage system represents over 30 years of innovation in poultry housing. Every component is made using injection, drawing, and vacuum molding techniques from high-resistance plastic materials, ensuring strength, hygiene, and ease of maintenance. These modular cages are used by breeders in more than 50 countries worldwide. All parts are demountable, easy to assemble, and designed to fit perfectly with existing Hatching Time systems. Each unit measures 38.6" L × 24" W × 13.8" H, making it a compact yet expandable solution for professional and hobbyist quail breeders alike. Note: This layer addition does not include a water tank, lid, water tank connector to water hose, external hose, frame, or wheels. It is specifically designed to expand existing quail cage setups. Whether you’re breeding coturnix quail or other small birds, the Comfortplast design by Cimuka offers a proven, durable, and hygienic solution that takes your operation to the next level.
