Wall mounted loft ladder is installed on the concrete wall to access the roof areas. It can be extended from top to down when in use and can be retracted when not in use. It is easy to install and operate. 1.Surface cleaning :- a)Clean the concrete surface where the ladder has to be installed to be free from debris and other foreign particles. b)Make sure the concrete surface is levelled before installation. 2.Drilling:- a)Position the ladder by lifting to the wall where it has to installed and mark the holes for drilling location. b)Drill holes on the concrete block in line with the hole marking location. c)Clean the holes free from debris and other foreign particles after the drilling procedure using an air gun or any similar equipment. d)After marking place the ladder in a safe ground position. 3.Lifting of Ladder:- a)Lift the ladder up by using two or three man power. b)Align the bolt hole on the wall with the hole of ladder frame. 4.Fixing the ladder:- a)Make sure the ladder is in closed position on the concrete block while fastening the bolts. 5.Fastening:- a)Ensure the bolts are fastened tightly so that the ladder remains sturdy. b)Use the pull down stick to pull the ladder and access the ladder. Wall Mounted Type: Wall fixing frame Size: 21.2 x 5.5in(54 x 14cm); Step Size: 15.7 x 5.5 in(40 x 14 cm). Due to the installation of small contact surface, this wall mounted type of ladder can be installed in the beam, narrow wall or wall relatively close to the place. 12 Steps: 10 Steps with 2 Separate Steps Additional. If additional 2 steps are not installed, the vertial height is 8.2 ft/2.5m.After installation this two separate steps, the maximum vertical height is 9.8ft/3m, and this is the maximum safety height. Al-Mg Alloy Material: The bracket and ladder are made of high-quality Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy with wear and rust resistance characteristics, more durable than ordinary steel. Rubber anti-slide foot makes up or down safe and does not spoil the floor. Adjustable Height: The special S-shaped strings adopted by the attic access ladder enhance the bearing capacity, up to 660 lbs. This attic loft ladder can be installed/re-used many times. The telescopic pedal of the ladder is connected by screws. If you need to adjust the height, you can use the wrench tool to modify it. Wide Application: The folding ladder loft stairs can be widely applied to loft and the top of the cottage. It is very convenience to go upstairs and go downstairs.When used, it is pulled down, when it is not used, it shrinks upwards without occupying any space.
