LM Cryo D2 & Titanium Nitride We used Cryogenic D2 blade steel, the same steel as our Tracker-X fixed blade knives. D2 is an extremely tough steel that is very close to stainless, excellent corrosion resistance, incredible edge retention, holding an edge even after tons of hard-use. To enhance the benefits of D2 even more, we used a Cryo treatment and coated it with a Titanium Nitride (TINI) coating. TINI is applied to our steel through a unique process of plasma deposition performed in a complete air-sealed vacuum. Benefits of TiNi & Cryo: Additional corrosion resistant properties, increased durability, extremely scratch and peel resistant, non-reflective, and looks pretty badass in our opinion. They're Called "Rapid Fire" For a Reason We're willing to bet, once you pull the trigger on our Rapid Fire knives, it will be your fastest assisted deployment in your EDC arsenal. One pull of the flipper tab and the blade will rocket into a solid, confident lock up. Disappears In Your Pocket Our Rapid Fire knives are on the large side of EDC, but they don't carry as such. The Rapid Fire's ride deep in your pocket, the clip can be worn left or right, tip-up carry. With a .4375" thickness, you'll forget it's there...until you need it. Tactical Grip The Anso G10 pattern creates a comfortable, confident and grippy ergonomic handle, designed to stay in your hand in any and all conditions. Four finger grip, gloves or not, the Rapid Fire will be locked and loaded in your hand. Once deployed and ready for action, the flipper tab creates an excellent finger guard, we added a jimping area for your thumb and jimping on the back end for a non-slip grip. We also added all T8 body screws. G10 is used extensively on knife and gun handles. G10 doesn’t shrink or swell when exposed to high or low temperatures, has very high mechanical strength, it's extremely tough, lightweight, and keeps excellent traction in wet, dry or extreme conditions.
