However, performance is 100% dependent on your air compressor setup. To avoid disappointment and returns, please verify your equipment matches the requirements below before purchasing.CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS (Read Before Buying): 1. COMPRESSOR SIZE: Requires a minimum of 4 CFM at 90 PSI continuous air volume. WARNING: Small "pancake" compressors (1-6 gallons) are NOT compatible. They will run for 10 seconds and then lose pressure, causing the media to stop flowing. We recommend a 20+ gallon tank for consistent results.2. MOISTURE CONTROL: Requires DRY AIR. TROUBLESHOOTING TIP: If you have to "shake" the gun to get sand to come out, your air is wet. Moisture causes abrasive media to clump and block the gravity-feed chamber. Always use an in-line moisture filter (water trap) to prevent clogging.3. OPERATING PRESSURE: Optimized for 90 PSI. While the unit has a Max Safety Rating of 150 PSI, it operates most efficiently at 90 PSI. Ideal for spot rust removal and glass etching where control is prioritized over massive surface coverage. COMPRESSOR REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRES MINIMUM 4 CFM @ 90 PSI. This tool demands continuous air volume; do not use with pancake compressors or units smaller than 5 gallons. Insufficient CFM will cause the gravity feed to stall and the media to sputter OPERATING PRESSURE SPECS: OPTIMIZED FOR 90 PSI (150 PSI MAX). While safety-rated for 150 PSI, the tool performs best at a steady 90 PSI working pressure. Higher pressures do not equal better flow; correct air volume (CFM) is the key to performance. MOISTURE FILTER: REQUIRES DRY AIR FOR FLOW. Gravity-fed sandblasters are highly sensitive to moisture. You should use an inline moisture trap; damp air will cause the abrasive media to clump in the hopper and block the gravity feed mechanism. HEAVY-DUTY DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: EQUIPPED FOR LONG LIFE.
