Aligning your workshop machinery can be very frustrating. Sometimes a tape measure, ruler and a firm fist bump just won’t cut it. Get the precision you want out of your machinery without having to break the bank. After all, much like a car, your machinery is an investment that needs to be tuned up and maintained. One of the most common machines that need to be aligned and maintained is our table saws. As we use them, the fence and saw blade amongst other parts tend to slightly shift over time. The A-LINE-IT DELUXE has all the necessary pieces to the puzzle to help you identify what needs to be addressed in order to get your table saw in tip top shape again. You can easily identify, saw blade straightness, fence run-out, arbor run-out and flange run-out.

The A-LINE-IT Basic Kit is the perfect starter kit for hobbyists and small shops. The A-LINE-IT Basic Kit comes with hardware and hex wrench for assembly, and instructions for expert guidance in getting the best performance and accuracy from your woodworking machinery. The self-adjusting “Smart Bar” that will stay tight in a miter slot that isn’t the same size along it’s slot length. This makes the measuring process much more efficient since you don’t need to keep shimming or adjusting the miter bar for a snug fit. Included is the precision 1" capacity dial indicator that reads in .001" increments for absolute precise measurements. Wether your measuring your table saw blade run-out or the parallelism of your fence to the miter slot, the A-Line-It Basic is the ideal device. Dial indicator mounting bar measures 3/4” x 3/4” x 5-1/2”, miter groove bar measures 3/8” x 3/4" x 6-1/4". This setup will work with most table saw slots. With the A-Line-It Basic you can also determine your depth of cut on your jointer and it can be use for planer alignment as well.
