- Global Caché GC-100-18R Network Adapter A large number of people use network-based automation and control software in keeping their homes safe and energy efficient. The Global Caché GC-100-18R connects and controls your home automated appliances or domotics to a network. It is engineered to seamlessly integrate with IR, Sony Control-S, RS232 serial, sensors, and relay contact closures via TCP/IP and HTTP network protocols. The network adapter provides two serial ports, three relay connections, and six independent IR outputs/sensor inputs. This open network-based system allows you to remotely control the TV, AV, HVAC, DVD, and smart sensors using one server without operator intervention. The GC-100-18R also features fan-free, silent operation and comes with an installed rack mount unit.
