It’s very important to have the router in your room or a repeater in your play area, since the range of the trackers is not very wide and they only work with 2.4G WiFi. It is very important to use a network dedicated to this device. If you only have a combined WiFi network, we absolutely recommend getting a router or extender that broadcasts a dedicated 2.4G WiFi signal for your gaming area. This is key. We include important documentation and setup guides, as well as QR codes to purchase the router we recommend for use with our trackers.
