4.3-inch LCD SCREEN: The 4.3" high pixel count LCD control screen quickly and easily guides the user through setup by smoothly scrolling through the on-screen menu system and selecting settings. Digital control to select welding mode, material, welding wires, tungsten rods, electrode and workpiece thickness.
SMART MEMORY：The Smart Memory function allows you to store voltage and current settings that suit your style in memory numbers. The memory number can be accessed to view and use the saved welding parameters, and the welding parameters can be adjusted and saved as required. Up to 10 memory options for each weld type can be saved and stored for recall.
DIGITAL CONTROL: select the diameter of the welding electrodes, the recommended welding current is automatically activated, you can also adjust the welding current according to your welding habits
SAFE AND STABLE: automatic compensation of voltage fluctuations, overcurrent protection, overload protection, temperature control. Automatic hot start and self-regulating arc force minimize electrode sticking in the molten metal without affecting arc stability or increasing spatter formation
THE PRE-CURRENT IN PLASMA CUTTING：is a purge function to ensure that air flows through the tip to create a charged plasma stream and achieve clean cuts.The overrun is mainly for cooling. The longer you cut thicker metal at high amperage, the more reflow is required to dissipate the heat. (Recommended air pressure: 58-72 PSI.) Maximum slit thickness: 15/32″ (12 mm) at 220 V and 40 A, clean cut: 25/64″ (10 mm) at 220 V and 40 A.
OPTIONAL UNIT SYSTEM: imperial and metric measurement systems are used.Exceptional DC stick welding ensures excellent welding and welding properties. The integrated hot start and arc force enable welding with cellulose electrodes E7018 and E6011 as well as E6010. 13/16″ (5mm) at 220V.
