It offers 3 adjustable speeds to meet different mixing requirements and achieve satisfactory results. The low speed of 130r/min is suitable for kneading dough, the medium speed of 193r/min is typically used for mixing fillings, and the high speed of 458r/min is ideal for whipping cream. Always stop the machine before changing speeds.
TIME FUNCTION — This mixer features an upgraded timer knob that allows you to set mixing time from 0 to 30 minutes, after which the machine automatically stops when the mixing is completed.
VERSATILE — The commercial floor-standing mixer comes with 3 beaters, including a dough hook, a flat beater, and a wire whisk. The dough hook is used for smoother mixing operations, ideal for heavy dough like pizza dough. The flat beater is suitable for mashing potatoes or vegetables, mixing cake batter, or frosting. The wire whisk is widely used for aerating light mixtures like whipped cream or egg whites. These thoughtful attachments help you achieve the desired effects for any recipe.
