This product is the double sided textured PEI powder coated spring steel sheet for the original Prusa MINI heat bed. Compared with smooth PEI, the design of flexible steel bed with Double Sided Textured PEI surface is excellent. The matte texture makes it easier for the printing material to adhere to the surface of PEI.
No need glue, No tap, when hotbed temperature reaches 60℃ ,materials such as PLA ABS will stick well, and after printing, when spring steel Prusa Mini PEI build plate cools to room temperature, it's easy to remove the printed matter from the platform by bending slightly. Through hundreds of experimental tests, repeated use is still as new.
Flexible, Removable, Heat Resistance, Three-Layer design, thicker and more durable. Easily handle temperatures up to 130°C. And perfect for PLA, PEEK, ABS. Please base on the filament what you use to set the temperature.
Size: 190 x 190mm/ 7.48 x 7.48inchs is suitable for Prusa Mini/ Prusa Mini+. Please confirm the size you need before buying.
