[Field of view 100%, approx. 1.05x optical viewfinder] A compact and lightweight APS-C single-lens reflex camera with a wide viewing angle equivalent to that of a full-size camera. Brightness is increased by approx. 10% by improving the reflectance of the pentaprism (compared to K-3 II).
[Viewfinder that help to become more immersed in the photo shooting ] The viewfinder and the height of the image monitor are designed to prevent your nose from contacting the camera body so that you can look into it more naturally. Also equipped with an eye sensor, the image monitor turns off at the same time as looking through the viewfinder. This prevents the status screen's illumination from affecting visibility during shooting, while allowing you to capture images more comfortably.
[Top ISO sensitivity 1.6 million] Achieves excellent descriptive power in the entire sensitivity range. Multi-dimensional image space filtering reduces noise while leaving fine contours. It maximizes the resolution performance and reproduces the texture and details of the subject.
[5-axis 5.5-shutter-step in-body SR mechanism SRII] Compatible with all mountable lenses. Expand the limits of handheld shooting.
[Dust-proof / weather resistant construction / Magnesium body on the entire surface] Thorough dust-proof / weather resistant construction with 95 sealing parts on the body prevents water droplets and dust from entering. Great performance in outdoors. .. High-strength and lightweight magnesium alloy is used for the entire cover that covers the camera. Achieves a body that is strong against impact and has excellent durability.
[Maximum about 12 images per second high-speed drive] With the newly developed mirror / shutter drive system and high-speed image processing of PRIME V, high speed continous shooting of approximately 12 images per second in AF.S mode and approximately 11 images per second in AF.C model is achieved.
