Volume of Eclipse600 mold 20.28 ounce (600 milliliters, hence the 600 in “Eclipse600”); dimensions of food product 5.51 inch diameter x 1.69 inch high (140 millimeters diameter x 43 millimeters high); included with Eclipse600 mold is a recipe by pastry chef Domenico Di Clemente that is made in six parts (mirror neutral glaze gold, chocolate and raspberry mousse, vanilla bavarois, raspberry jelly, sacher biscuit and crunch base with cornflakes and chocolate) that are joined into a layered dessert
