Dimpled base plate for enhanced wax distribution This is a feature you find on $150+ pro race irons only! For professional effect this textured base - “Floats” wax better when working with waxes on bases. The industrial-strength heating element provides constant and even heat across the dimpled base plate.
This base plate design breaks up the suction of melting wax that occurs with flatter wax iron bases. Dimpled base plate reduces suction for even application.Features a 60-180 degree Celsius (140-356F) temperature range. The blue LED illuminates when heating and turns off when the desired temperature is reached. Built-in microprocessor precisely controls temperature fluctuations. The smooth rounded edges eliminate damaging your bases.
For USA market but if you find yourself travel there is switch to 220V Extra large heating plate 100 -127 Volt and 220-240 Volt Settings Dual 110/220 iron if you find yourself outside USA (plugs not include)
