EL2502 is designed to meet the signal acquisition needs of general industrial equipment such as machine tools and packaging machinery. In small precision machine tools, it can connect to tool position detection sensors and workpiece fixture clamping detection switches, providing real-time feedback on tool status and workpiece securing. When the fixture is not properly clamped, it triggers the machine tool to stop, preventing workpiece displacement during cutting that could cause machining failure. On carton packaging production lines, it collects signals from material presence sensors on conveyor belts and pressure detection switches for packaging seals. This enables rapid synchronization between sealing actions and material conveyance rhythms, preventing missed seals or misaligned closures caused by signal delays.
